Lessons Learned

  • Always drive a cabriolet also when it is too cold
  • Going to Basque, fly on Biarritz and not Girona
  • San Sebastian is fantastic
  • Don’t book restaurants too early on the day
  • Be vary of Menu’s … it’s sometimes for the tourists… eat what you fancy
  • Be Hungry
  • San Sebastian food Guides, Restaurant Nu and Sagartoki are strong recommendations
