Lessons Learned
- Always drive a cabriolet also when it is too cold
- Going to Basque, fly on Biarritz and not Girona
- San Sebastian is fantastic
- Don’t book restaurants too early on the day
- Be vary of Menu’s … it’s sometimes for the tourists… eat what you fancy
- Be Hungry
- San Sebastian food Guides, Restaurant Nu and Sagartoki are strong recommendations
